"Great Cathedral Anthems, Volume 10.
Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin / Mark Duley with Andrew Johnstone (org).

Said to be the first collection of its kind, the disc constitutes ‘a varied, historical selection of music with Irish connections’, most of it specifically with the Protestant Cathedral. Thomas Bateson was organist there in 1609 and his Holy, Lord God Almighty is a fine and rare work, as is Charles Wood’s ‘Tis the day of resurrection. Good choral blend in the quieter music; excellent organ playing throughout.
